holobet Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and holobet ("holobet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at holobet.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the holobet platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the holobet platform and close your account. holobet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. To register and use the holobet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing holobet from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of holobet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the holobet platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

holobet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by holobet may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Age Restriction Notice: holobet strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If holobet determines that a player is underage, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any bonuses claimed), and any winnings generated will be forfeited. holobet cooperates fully with PAGCOR in reporting underage gambling incidents.

Each player may hold only one (1) holobet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering a holobet account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your holobet login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify holobet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your holobet account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify holobet of any unauthorized access.

holobet implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. holobet reserves the right to suspend accounts pending completion of KYC verification.

All financial transactions on holobet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). holobet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued)

holobet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the holobet cashier page and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. holobet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. holobet reserves the right to reverse transactions and close accounts where third-party payment methods are detected.

holobet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method used.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• holobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

All games available on the holobet platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets. holobet's decision on the outcome of any game shall be final.

All holobet games utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games and are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, holobet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. holobet shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the holobet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with holobet games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in holobet's platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the holobet platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing holobet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your holobet account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward holobet staff or other players.

holobet cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in investigating suspected illegal activity. holobet reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

holobet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. holobet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their holobet account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of their holobet account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the holobet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

holobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Determination that a player is ineligible to hold a holobet account under Section 2 of these Terms.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, holobet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. Where account closure is initiated by the player without any breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable withdrawal procedures.

All content on the holobet platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of holobet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the holobet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any holobet content without prior written consent from holobet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, holobet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the holobet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

holobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a player's use of the holobet platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if holobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

holobet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the holobet platform at their own risk.

holobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a holobet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

holobet implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. holobet will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

holobet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, holobet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the holobet platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the holobet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the holobet platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in the Philippines.

holobet's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
